Berlin, Germany – UEFA has announced its official Euro 2024 Team of the Tournament, highlighting the top performers from this summer’s championship. The lineup, presented in a 4-3-3 formation, is dominated by Spain, the tournament winners.
In goal, France’s Mike Maignan was selected for his series of impressive performances throughout the competition.
The defensive lineup includes England’s Kyle Walker, Switzerland’s Manuel Akanji, France’s William Saliba, and Spain’s Marc Cucurella.
The midfield trio is composed of Spain’s Rodri, Fabián Ruiz, and Dani Olmo, who were instrumental in their team’s success.
The forward line features Germany’s Jamal Musiala as the central striker, flanked by Spain’s Lamine Yamal and Nico Williams. This youthful attacking trio made significant impacts on their respective teams.

Rodri was named the best player of Euro 2024 after helping Spain secure a 2-1 victory over England in the final held in Berlin on Sunday. Despite being substituted at halftime due to a knee injury, Rodri’s contributions throughout the tournament were pivotal. He scored his only goal of the tournament in the 4-1 win over Georgia in the last 16.
Spain’s coach, Luis de la Fuente, praised Rodri as a “perfect computer” for his precise passing and game-reading abilities, which were crucial in guiding a young Spanish side through a challenging draw to victory. This win marked Spain’s fourth Euro championship title.
