The political action committee (PAC) supporting Florida’s Republican Governor Ron DeSantis’ potential presidential run in 2024 is set to unveil a series of television advertisements on Thursday, according to exclusive information obtained by the Daily Caller.
Named “Never Back Down,” the PAC will launch its ninth round of television ads, addressing the recent criticisms made by former President Donald Trump against Republican Governors of Iowa and New Hampshire. The 30-second ads, which also touch on President Joe Biden’s policies, will specifically focus on Trump’s remarks about Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds and New Hampshire Governor Chris Sununu. The ads are scheduled to be broadcasted in these states and will also appear on Fox News and Newsmax. The initiative is part of a substantial six-figure investment in TV ad placements.
In one of the ads targeting Iowa, the narrator asserts that Trump is primarily concerned with his own interests, while highlighting DeSantis’ commitment to “unite Republicans.” These ads mark the latest development in the ongoing political landscape as various figures position themselves for the upcoming election cycle.
“Joe Biden is destroying America. And instead of looking to America’s future, Trump is busy attacking Republican governors,” the narrator states in the ad.
“When I spoke to Kim, I said, wow, you want to remain neutral? I said, that’s strange,” Trump says in an audio clip of the ad.
“Without me, you know, she was not gonna win. You know that, right?,” another audio clip of Trump says.
“Trump? He’s all about himself,” the narrator continues.
“That is not the way we win as Republicans. The way you win as Republicans is to unite Republicans,” DeSantis says in a clip in the ad.
“Ron DeSantis is running for America’s future. Ron DeSantis for President,” the narrator concludes.

Both Trump and DeSantis have been to New Hampshire and Iowa a number of times and are focused on the two states.
The Caller contacted Trump’s campaign about the ads. A Trump spokesperson responded, saying:
“Every move that Always Back Down makes pushes DeSantis further down the toilet. President Trump is crushing him in every single poll across the country — from Iowa to New Hampshire. Maybe Ron DeSantis needs to go through his fourth reboot in 3 weeks to get it through his thick head that nobody wants him to be president.”
